The For Good performance troupe offers an opportunity for persons with Down syndrome to participate in community musical theater and performance activities, while also offering members of the broader community the opportunity to observe, participate in, and celebrate the success of our performers. The troupe was launched through the Centre County Down Syndrome Society (CCDSS) and is also supported through the “For Good” service committee of the Delta Program of the State College area school district. Additional help comes from the Omega Phi Alpha sorority at Penn State. Since its launch in 2012, the troupe has grown to 16 CCDSS performers and 10 community peers for the Spring 2013 season. We have performed at Penn State University, on WTAJ Central PA Live, the Fairmount School, and Barnes & Noble Bookstore. For more information:
